And now, for tomorrow Saturday 2nd Day of Winter,
we will be doing the "Fuck you up Friday" workout which entails:-
5 x pull ups
10 x push ups
15 x squats
20 x kb swings
20 x sit ups
Run perimeter of baseball diamond
10 ROUNDS of all of the above
Who is up for it ??

And this is NOT trivia ... it is HISTORY !!
As Michelle mentioned above, it was one of the first sessions she and Rhi attended
This was back on Saturday 8th December 2012
Michelle's time was 35mins 2secs and Rhi's was 33mins 35secs
Michelle completed it again on Saturday 2nd March 2013 and her time dropped to 33mins 49secs

Watch how he finishes before the others have reached half way
