Message from Sharon to "The Workout Warriors"

Hi, Fellow Warriors
The whole world shops on line !!
Christmas is coming and already Our Post Office is a "madhouse" !!
I have now changed my knock off time to 5.00pm for all of December
I won’t be able to make the regular workouts during this month
I am still going to do some workouts when I can, and will be back in full swing on Boxing Day !!
Don’t eat and drink too much ... stay healthy and safe
