I have always been a little sceptical about clairvoyants, but when I read this email from Tanya's friend Jacqui Searson, a load lifted from my shoulders and I thought ... "she's okay" ... and that is all I really care about
And by the way, this girl lives in Hobart and I think Tanya is smart enough to get to someone far enough away that I would believe her !!
The third email is the one relating to the clairvoyant and the email dated the 4th July 2013 has some interesting comments as well

It's amazing how some people are tuned into the "sixth sense"
There is some comfort there that she didn't suffer and is happy and looking over everyone
I have been to a few clairvoyants myself and whilst I take what they say with a grain of salt, I have been to a couple that have blown me away
I have believed since I was little that our loved ones spirit or energy is always around us
Tanya will always find a way to get a message to you when it's needed

Wow, that clairvoyant was fairly accurate !!
I actually am a bit of a believer in this sort of thing ... some things said are just too correct for there not to be something going on there
I have been to many clairvoyants, usually when I have been looking for an answer to a question, and more often than not I have found comfort in the things told to me
My Mum went to a physic medium here in Cairns a few years ago (she actually didn't realise that she was a medium until she got there, thought she was just your regular tarot card clairvoyant) and she was very accurate
She told Mum that her mother was there and mentioned that Mum's mother had passed away not long before Mum got married and that she was there watching on the wedding day and this woman described Mum's bridesmaid's dresses (which were quite different for back in the 70's) and also described the church and how Mum's mother stood beside the big tree out the front and watched
She also described Mum's mother's funeral
Mum found the whole experience incredible
It was only recently that I read something here on Facebook about how angels supposedly visit us in our dreams and I like to think that that was my friend visiting me
Whether that be true or not, the dream was just so real, I believe it was Tanya telling me she was alright
(OK - crying now !!)

That is a wonderful story ... how can you not believe ??
Yes ... we need to talk !! ... I would love to have a chat with you one day if you have time !!
I have experienced some interesting things that I do consider a sign from My Girl
One thing I really like is this
When we were sorting out Tanya's stuff we came across a pink globe ... don't really want to know what she needed a pink globe for !!
But, we brought it home and put it in a touch lamp we have in our ensuite
Every now and then I will walk into the bathroom and it will be on and it seems to come on when I am a bit sadder than usual
Sometimes if I get up during the night I can see a soft pink glow from under the door and it makes me smile
At first I thought it might be an electrical glitch but I don't believe so now
It's like she is trying to comfort me and it truly eases my mind
Would you like to meet for a coffee some time ??
Not sure of your working hours but I am at North Cairns Post Office and there is a lovely little cafe in the centre
I have never been to a clairvoyant and I am a little scared to go plus I don't know any but if I did go I would like to go to the type your Mother went to
I have made notes of 'my signs' just so I remember them properly as I am getting older and forgetful !!

Hi Sharon, and my apologies for the delay in replying
I meant to then forgot and then I was wiped out with tonsillitis most of the long weekend
Looks like we may have to postpone our catch up
I can't do tomorrow either, I can't do the following Thursday or Friday as I have sports day at school both days and then the following Thursday and Friday I will be busy packing as we are heading off on a two week camping holiday to the Northern Territory
Weekends are out at the moment too as we have dancing concerts, birthday parties and helping hubby get things organised for this trip
Sounds like I am a busy person ... however this is pretty unusual for me ... usually very boring !!
Will shoot you a message upon my return from holidays (after 14th July) as I am definitely keen for a chat
Till then you, Geoff and Tanya will be in my thoughts as always

The Cairns Post have put a small story in today's paper about me starting a new job
They didn't speak with me at all and the lazy journalist has obviously just 'googled' my name and used the first photo that popped up
And it happens to be the one of me and Tanya at the State of Origin

Whilst it is one of my favourite photos, it gave me quite a shock when someone told me about it and I wanted to let you know about it

Hello, Geoff and Sharon
Thought I would check in and say hi and see how you're both going ... we think of you often
Life here is slowly returning to normal and we are getting settled into our new home ... we are all totally in love with this place
We are getting some sheep delivered this weekend and chickens not too far away
I have the happiest husband and son in the world
There is so much space here it's unreal
Despite a few very cold mornings of minus-four degrees, it's actually a very warm house and we get all day sun
We feel very lucky
Hope things in the tropics are going well
We are looking to reschedule our holiday for later in the year if we haven't spent all our money on a menagerie of animals !!
Lots of love to you both ... and hope Tanya has been blessing you with little signs and messages from above

I look forward to some photos of Sammy with all the animals !!
We are okay ... our life and feelings about everything are so different now
Missing Tanya is just constant and I can't see that changing ever
I try to keep busy
As you know I signed up for the Half Marathon at Port Douglas ... it is on Sunday 9th November which is Tanya's Birthday
I want the Half Marathon singlet with that date on it and the only way to get it is to run it !!
Tanya is blessing me with little signs ... she travels with me every day and I need her there with me
She helps me through the days and helps me find some joy and laughter and the strength to keep strong and live a life
Her friends are now our friends and they are very caring people who miss Tanya too and truly care for us
We go to her beloved Trinity Beach almost daily to sit near her Plaque and relax with her for a while
I usually finish my training runs down there and then I have to "Run the Stairs" at least once before we go home !!
I am sure we will catch up with you one of these days but til then, take care

We were brought to tears and our hearts go out to you and your family
We felt we needed to climb those stairs in memory of your daughter
When we got back to our accommodation we found Tanya's story on line ... HERE ... and just wanted to send this email to say what a beautiful Memorial you created
We lost our beautiful twenty year old son, Daniel, tragically as well and whilst everyone's story is different, we can relate to the pain

I actually burst out laughing when I read that !!
I am sure it's not as bad as all that ... BUT ... if it is, you know what Tanya would be telling you to do
Proper food and exercise and halve the wine !!
Just do it !! ... does that sound like her ??
Sometimes it's hard to get motivated ... Tanya helps me ... I hear her voice in my head all the time !!
I am training for the Port Douglas Half Marathon in November
It is the same day as Tanya's Birthday
I ran six kilometres today and I thought when I had finished ... "my goodness that's only a quarter of it ... what am I doing !!"
Oh well ... I can't back out now ... I have told everyone I'm doing it ... including Tanya !!

I am thrilled that many people ... even ones who didn't personally know Tanya ... have taken stock of their lives and realised what is important and that they should take care of themselves and each other, do different new things and have fun !!
That is a good legacy I reckon and I am so proud of Tanya !!
You have experienced tragic loss too, so you have more understanding than most I would say
As for the 'fat bit' ... well I am sure you are not that fat !!
Just do what you gotta do !!

What's awesome about "T" is not only herself, but you guys
It's bitter sweet but I think her passing has changed so many lives, even those who weren't that close to her
