Part Two The group worked in pairs One person ran into the water and swam ten strokes straight out and then turned around and swam back When they exited the water they had to broad jump back up the beach to the starting point When the first person left the water the second person started running into the water This continued for ten minutes |
Part Three Everybody ran into the water and swam out thirty strokes and then swam back Then out of the water which was followed by a (approx) two hundred metre run This was along the beach in knee high water and then back again |
