Hi Sharon
I am seriously thinking of joining your crossfit group on Tuesdays and Thursdays ... are they the days you train ??
Is it open for newbies ??
And if so, what's the go ?? ... costs and can beginners start ??
I've never done crossfit training before

It is terrific, Jodie
I train Tuesdays and Thursdays and Saturdays and we start about 5.30/5.40pm and 7.00am Saturdays
We do all sorts of different things ... cardio, weights and lots of squats and burpees !!
There is no cost but maybe when we need some more equipment we all put in $50.00 or so
We are limited with numbers because of our equipment but you are more than welcome
Workouts are usually not more than half an hour
Come and see how you like it ... you are fit ... I know you will love it ... see you Tuesday !!

Thank you, and I think it's time I need pushing !!
I always exercise on my own and don't think I push myself very hard ... I just sit comfortable !!
So I'm a little scared but ready for a new challenge

Haha .. that's good
Crossfit is competing against yourself ... and really pushing yourself
Geoff is our official timer and very good at yelling at us to "do it properly" and "keep going"
He reckons if you are talking you are not working hard enough !!
