I'm just doing the ride this year in a team
Still recovering from big stack just before Christmas
and will attempt to do the whole event next year
I also promised my wife I wouldn't do it this year as I want
to do
the Cardiac Challenge Ride to Cooktown this year but got asked
to ride so figured training wouldn't actually be much more

you get to participate in a very exciting event !!
I have an Eight Kilometre Trail Run coming up which I am
looking forward to so I have started running up a few hills
to prepare myself ... I gather it is up hill and down dale !!
