I've been counting the days down
If there are two dates that are ingrained in my memory now it's
November 9th and May 11th
My emotions today would pale in comparison to yours but be sure
I've thought of you both for a while leading up to today
We'd often talked about getting 'old'
I used to joke that she'd always catch up to me every year ...
haunts me every day
Unfortunately can't turn back time
Raising a glass to her now ... well, maybe a can ... she'd be
horrified !!
And it would've been an espresso martini for her !!

goodbye properly" (HERE)
Her birthday was last week ... I thought she was coming up with
friends but she came on her own
The trip has been on her mind since May 2013 !!
We had a lovely time ... she is a great girl ... I love that

Okay ... I got up at 5.00am to run down the beach to watch the
sunrise
Had a big cry down there but the day hasn't been too bad
Our Facebook page is unbelievable !! ... people have been so
kind
One of Tanya's friends put a 'Sparkly Tiara with 40' on it at
her Plaque down the beach
