The Details

Each Saturday morning Sharon completes a fifteen minute intensive fitness program designed by Brett

Today's session started with a warmup consisting of Running Backwards and Duck Walking
Sharon then went to a set of exercises which she did three times under Brett's supervision
The number of reps varied and the exercises were Dumbbell, Chin-ups, Push-ups, Medicine Ball and Sprinting
