Set of Kitchen Canisters

A note from Geoff on Wednesday 2nd November 2005
"We have a fabulous Kitchen Dresser which has been fully restored
and click here to have a look
Over the years it has slowly filled up with recycled jam and coffee jars
which have been used as canisters and spice jars!!!
It was time for some new ones, and we decided to buy the sets from
the 1950's and the 1960's - the "Retro Look"!!!
They are listed quite regularly on the Ebay Auction Site,
and below is one of the sets we bought

They are all in very good condition
They look great when displayed

Hi, and I am enquiring if there is any sort of damage, cracks or chips, etc to this set

There is no damage, no cracks or chips
Just some little surface scratches - nothing major
I also checked under the lids and they are all perfect
The canisters are in great shape for their age

A fantastic piece up for grabs!! - quality, rare to find, genuine retro mushroom pink kitchen canister set - a fine example and would fit in nice with any decor or collection - the set is in excellent condition considering it's age - worthy of your bids! - I thought there were are no chips, cracks, restorations, but I have now noticed that the flour canister has has a small crack repaired to the lid only - the presentation and appeal are extremely nice and it displays beautifully - May 2007 There were no bids
