We would like a
new
WALL
CLOCK
for the lounge room
in the
RETRO -- VINTAGE -- ANTIQUE
style
For a number of
years, this one....
....had been hanging
in our lounge room
An ACME Plastic Clock
We wanted
one more suitable to the theme of our lounge
so we started to check out the Ebay Auctions

Emes
Ceramic Wall Clock
(click
on the above photo for all the details)
We bought this wind-up
clock and it looked great on the wall
It kept perfect time for twelve months and then it started playing
up
It does not have a speed "+" or "-" button
so we decided to replace it

Junghans
Wall Clock
(click
on the above photo for all the details)
This is an older
style battery operated clock mounted on timber
It looks very nice
It caught our attention because it's face is very similar....
....to this mantle clock
which
was passed down from
Geoff's Mother and is also in the lounge room - and click on the
photo for more details
It looks great on the wall but unfortunately it played up almost
from
the start, both losing and gaining time - this clock does have
the speed
adjustments, but these didn't seem to make any difference

Victoria
Station Wall Clock

We wanted an "old
fashioned" clock and had tried them all
Key wind, battery and electric - with no success
So we decided to buy a new one that still had the 'old look'
This one is perfect - looks great in the lounge
......and it has a ten year warranty!!!
