MY - WIFE - NAMED - SHARON
Tuesday
Sharon did a bit of a sweep-out and tidy up
And it is great to see the power back on in The Moseley Shed
Light and speaker both working fine
Tuesday
As the photo below shows, she did some Rowing
2013 metres in 10min 59sec
Wednesday
Skipping in the carport
There is a Fourty Five Seconds Video HERE
She went for 10 lots of 100 skips making a total of 1000
And then finished off with some double unders
Today - Thursday
Sharon will be putting up a note later about a Workout tonight
Wants to get them going again
She has had the first two vaccinations -- had no hassles with either one
I have not had any -- so I will be staying right away -- don't want to poison you all !!
