Good Morning ... and it's Monday at 8.30am
And there is One Video  RIGHT  HERE - Thirty Five Seconds
The Rendering is almost finished !!
I was talking with Ash and he said the Front Fence is going up tomorrow
When that is complete, the Driveway will be done
He mentioned that Topsoil and the Unit Fences will soon be happening
A bunch of Painters are also working today
Lots Of Action !! ... and there are eight cars and trucks !!

And Ash is working on the Drains ... setting them in place, etc, etc
I spoke to him about the Front Fence
The guys are on another job but should be here in an hour or two
So I will be going back !! ... what a surprise !!

I am just back from the Fence Concrete Pour

While waiting for the concrete truck, I asked Ethan a few questions:-
01 = he said 2.6m of concrete was ordered for this pour
02 = reckons the "hole in the corner fence" will be filled with material similar to the Front Gates
03 = no capping blocks on the fence ... the front, back and top will be rendered
Is this another bill coming up for Poor Old Brett to have to pay ?? ... or is it included ??

I was thinking the formwork for the Driveway would be done today

Just did a drive-by over at "#32"
Five Cars and I could see Guys going in / out of the Units
Spoke to one and he said they'll be there almost all day
Yep, Painting The Insides !!

And another day !! ... Sunday at 10.00am
Firstly, the "plastic masking" is still up in Unit Four ... damn !!

Spoke to the guy in the video and he said this ...
(01) one coat of primer which was done yesterday
(02) two topcoats which will be finished today
.... the "cream colour" can be seen in the video and it's "very neutral"
(03) doing it today because Landscaping down this side is (apparently) being done tomorrow
Good News along with Good Workmanship !!

Yes, the day is now Monday 24th May
Around 6.30am and it's Pouring Bloody Rain again !!
Hope it doesn't muck-up the Landscaping Work along the Block Wall
Our cleaners are also due today ... normally at around mid-morning
I will get over to "#32" as soon as I can ... without getting soaked !!

Yep, as you said, the "little bits and pieces" in Units Two and Three look Terrific !!
I see them being a 'Helpful Rental Point' when people are looking through !!
Hope Unit Four gets done today ... I want to take lots of shots !!
There are Three Photos below ... and you may have seen this stuff when you called in
The first shot is of the front of Unit Four
I mentioned yesterday that the Five Doors had their final coat and the guy was fixing the hinges
Well, look !! ... they are off the patio and hanging in the unit !!
And this is the same for the other three units
The second photo shows that the reinforcing mesh has been laid out in the Driveway
Just needs about ten thousand chairs added to hold it off the ground !!
If you look close, you can see that the little path in front of where the Letterboxes are going will have a coat of concrete as well !!
The third photo is another look at the Driveway from the inside
I will let you know how the day goes ... ESPECIALLY  IN  UNIT  NUMBER  FOUR  !!
