One of the workers said some of these trenches are for Drainage and some for Electrics
Bloody Place is now a Big Bloody Mess, eh !! !!

Took this today at about 3.30pm
The reinforcing mesh and chairs are in place
And the beams supporting the poles, that were anchored inside the slabs, have been removed
We also went to '#32' on Saturday to do measuring in Unit Four ... all is good !! !!
Ethan and the guys were working on the Carports and Ethan said that the pour is planned for Friday

There are Eight Work Vehicles parked on the street !!
Heaps of activity in Units One, Two and Three
I did not go in to any of them but it looks like "pipes and stuff" going into the ceiling area
Nothing was happening in Unit Four ... ... because it is "Very Special", eh ?? !!
I guess they'll get there later today / tomorrow

11.30am, and I just got back from "#32"
There is a fourty six second video RIGHT HERE showing the
Black Airconditioning Cables and Connections
The first part is the Main Bedrrom, then comes the Storeroom and then the Study
( I forgot to video the aircon in the lounge room !! )
There are no "White Electrical Cables" yet in Unit Four
But one of the workers sort-of intimated that it could be later today or in the morning

Unfortunately, no cars to count ... except one
And that is the Sheeting Guy ... and it looks like he has his Dad helping him
Unit Four is 99.99% finished and they are currently working in Unit One
Hard to take videos when you are "close" to the subject but I gave it a shot

Spoke to the guy and he said that they want to get the "Fascias on Both Carports" done today

Guess What ?? ... there are 'EIGHT' vehicles there !! ... including Ash Moseley's truck !!

Just past 7.45am and I've been for My First Walk Of The Day !!
Another "Big Bunch Of Vehicles And Guys" on site
And they all look to be on the roof of Unit One
I was thinking that the material around these Windows was going to be plain old weatherboard
BUT NO !! ... the sides and front are of the same material and appearance as the Gables !!
You can see this in the Four Photos below
It is going to look Bloody / Fucking Terrific !!
Damn slow job though !! ... so many measurements and weird shapes and sizes so it will take a while
Unit One is the only Window on the go at the moment
Will go back later in the day and hoping a couple of the Windows are finished ... maybe !!
Might even leave it until after the Workout tonight ... we'll see how it goes

Sharon is Cooking and I just got back from a drive to "#32"
Effing-Bloody-Effing Hot Out There !! ... Glad I Had The Car !!
Anyway, Ash was there talking to the Neighbour who was working on the fence
Apparently, the posts have been left because the Neighbour
is going to put up a temporary fence to keep the Bow-Wows under control !!
Ash mentioned that he will probably do some levelling work on all the front area soon
and I have no idea of the time-frame, etc
Making sloping ground towards the 'drains / grates / pits' on both sides ... near the Units and near the Fence
Ash said he was going to have a talk with you about what he and the Neighbour discussed
I was not "nosey" or a "pain in the arse" !! ... simply just listened !!
Ash also said the Big Black Dog has 'woofed' at him a few times and made him almost dirty his pants !!
Just like your Mother and Me !!

HERE is the Fourty Three Seconds Video I took yesterday
Starts off with the Carport Roofs and the tops of both sides are finished !!
( and you can see Sharon and Michelle walking to check out all the Units )
Michelle mentioned that the undersides of these roofs are going to be lined
And the Storage Sheds are being made from material similar to that used in the Gables
The Video finishes with a look at the Roofs from upstairs in the unit complex next door

The same guy is working on the Cupboards and he is now in Unit Two
And there are Two Photos below showing the kitchen layout in Unit Three
Unit One is going to be last
As we've seen, he is doing the Kitchens first
No Vanitys or Laundry Tubs are fitted as yet
There is also a guy there working on the Drains and Sealing Floors in the Bathrooms and Laundrys

And there are Six Work Trucks and Lots Of Guys there today !!
Firstly, here is a Fifty Seven Seconds Video
which shows the guys Tiling the Front Patio of Unit Two
I asked what it was called and was told it is simply a "Timber-Look Tile"
And these are stacked outside each of the units as you'll see at the end of the video - Unit Four
Yes, the man doing all the cupboard work by himself is there again !!

The Grouting Spacers have been removed and the completed area has been protected by black plastic

8.40am and I'm home from My First Trek

The First One shows the Post Holes along the Back of the Property

The Post Hole Digger has been busy !!
The guy said they will be concreting in the posts in an hour or two
So I am going for My Second Trek just a little bit later
The Rails will also be up today where possible
He mentioned that there will be more concreting tomorrow plus the Rails and Sheeting
He wants to be out of Your Place on Friday

Just on 8.30am and I went for a 'Stroll In The Sprinkling Rain' !!

The black plastic is being taken off the front tiles ready for the Grouting
He is the Only Guy on Site as of now
The Fencers haven't shown up yet ... maybe later ??
The newly levelled ground is very, very soft
And the holes they dug down the side are all full of water anyway !!
