ROAD SAFETY SIGN Want to bring you up-to-date with the above Over the years, Sharon has spoken at many Road Safety Forums and Schools Through this, we have got to know two Queensland Police Service Sergeants Cary Cooligan and Scott Ezard The use of the QPS Logo is the main question at the moment ... and we are really hoping the approval is given Both Cary and Scott feel that there should not be a problem as the words going with the Logo ( Don't Drink and Drive ) are an important part of road safety The information I gave to Al last Sunday is now in the hands of the Police Media Department Their final decision might take a week or two to come through When it does, Sharon and I will sit down and have a talk with Al about the size, logo artwork, etc, etc, of this Sign BRETT ... #17 Sharon and I would like to give the letter from the Cairns Baseball League about "Retiring #17" to Brett At the same time, we will tell him about the above Sign for his Sister He comes out at least once every weekend for breakfast and we will have a talk then We have mentioned this to Al, and he said he would let Anne know So when the letter is finished, it can be sent to my email address ... geoff@ronebergcairns.com ... and I'll print it out One further point ... Al mentioned that Cameron Cairncross's number will also be retired Fantastic !! ... and if this goes ahead, could it be mentioned in the letter to Brett ?? ... Thanks BANK ... DETAILS Could you email me the details and information on the CBL Account so we can transfer the $3000.00 IS ALL THE ABOVE SECRET ?? Yes !! ... just until we let Brett know what is going on !! | Friday 2nd August 2019 To ... Anne Kippin and Al Connors "THE LETTER" Dear Anne and Alan Just want to let you know The Letter Is Perfect And Absolutely Beautiful !! Both Sharon and I were in tears Thank You Both So Much PS -- meeting with Brett this weekend Will let you know how it goes RE - THE POST ABOVE ... "THE LETTER" Well, we had breakfast with Brett Firstly, he was pleased with the Sponsorship Deal And reckons that Tanya's Banner looks great !! Secondly, he is Very Honoured with the "#17" !! And feels that the Finals would be the best time We mentioned that we would like Tanya's Banner done the same day and he agreed with that So, it's all done !! And naturally, these arrangements are subject to what Cameron wants to do, etc, etc I guess you will be contacting him soon so please let us know Thank You |
