The mixture in this spray pack slows down the drying of concrete surface

... because the surface ...

... has to be "just right" before the next stage

"Exposing the Aggregate"

A pressure sprayer is used to wash off the surface slurry

Here is a close up look at the "Parchment" surface

The boxing has now been removed and the pressure spraying continues
