ANSWER
!! because it would have cost $1650.00 to cover this
small area !!

It was decided to continue with
the river stones used under the clothes line
so some of the crusher base needed to be removed as shown in the
first three photos below

... which have now been delivered
Weed mat is also used under the
stones

The drain pipe needs a cover ...
... which has now been done

Looks great ... without the huge
expense of the grass !!
This area is also
now Finished !!
