Clubhouse ... Canteen

Extensions to the Canteen ... #03

It was decided to convert the unused shower area of the Clubhouse into a store room
for the canteen which, due to it's size, has always had a problem
with both shelf/work space and a stock storage area

Tuesday 28th February 2012

The walls are finished ... now it's time to "clean and dust"

Breaking away the last two blocks in the new entrance ...

.

... and there will eventually be a concrete slope on this step

The floor is cleaned ... and one freezer and the ice machine are in place

There are no power points in the storeroom (remember, it was a shower !!)
so at this stage an extension cord needs to be run from the canteen

.

Two freezers are plugged in and working

The timber benches came in very handy as shelf supports
as some of the items are far too heavy for normal wall brackets

Timber for the shelves is ready for tomorrow
