Climb every mountain, search high and low
Follow every byway, every path you know
Climb every mountain, ford every stream
Follow every rainbow, 'til you find your dream!
A dream that will need all the love you can give
Every day of your life for as long as you live
Climb every mountain, ford every stream
Follow every rainbow, 'til you find your dream!

A note from Sharon

Well, I have had a break from CrossFitting as you can read on THIS PAGE

However, Brett told me what to do to keep my weight down!
But ... exercise has been spasmodic to say the least !!

However, on Monday 26th April I started again

First up, weighed myself ... 62.6kg ... and very happy with that !!

Then I did the Earl Hill Hike !! ... began at 10.57am and reached the summit at 11.26am

It is a hard slog !!
I had a few rests to regain my breath but it is good climb and a great view from the top

The track is fairly narrow and there are lots of steps

I could see the lagoon where we live from the top so I rang Geoff and he walked down to the road so I could see him
So high and so far away ... he looked like an ant !!

It was tricky coming down and I had to hang on to trees to stop from falling !!

When I arrived home I did ten really good proper-man-pushups !!

Here we go again ... back into it !!
