End of the Season ... October 2010

Here is how the cage looked at the end of the season

Even though rubber mats were used, there were still a number of holes where both the batter and pitcher stood and these, just like last
year, would fill up with water during the wet season and make the cage unusable ... have a look at the photos on Page One - HERE

The Solution = Concrete !!

The five photos below show that both the wire mesh
and batting screens have been lifted off the ground

The cage is now ready for the contractors
to box out the floor and pour the slab

Equipment begins to arrive
