Diamond One ... Scoreboard

Over time,
the details on the Scoreboard had become "a bit knocked around"

The three photos opposite show that
although it was still readable, a repaint was due
and it was decided to update the Scoreboard before

Tuesday 13th April 2010

The Scoreboard was scrapped back and repainted by Jamie Snowdon
and was ready for the new letter stickers that had been made up by Roger Dienhoff

Unfortunately, due to continuous rain, the letters could not be applied before the Championships

... and then the days, then weeks, then months slowly went by ...

Working Bee

Yes, it's over twelve months since the above work was done !!

During today's Working Bee, this 'Scoreboard Painting Crew' organised masking tape, paint and stick on letters
and the board was ready to go for the Australian Schoolboys Baseball Championships starting tomorrow

Finished ... and looks great !!
