on Sunday 10th June 2007 Hi Mr.Geoff! Well, your kid made the program again! ha ha!! Here's a copy of what we'll have in the next Gameday Program Take care |
On Sunday, June 3rd the Altoona Curve participated
in the Children's Miracle Network "Celebration 2007"
Telethon at Channel 10 in Altoona
Curve Front Office Staff,
Steamer and Diesel Dawg and Outfielder Brett Roneberg helped present
a $881.00 check to the CMN for money that was raised by our great
Curve fans who wished to put birthdays and anniversaries on the
jumbo screen at Blair County Ballpark throughout the '06 season
During the drive, the Front Office Staff answered the phones,
Curve mascots entertained the "Miracle Kids" and Brett Roneberg did his best "Crocodile
Hunter" impression all to help the pledges keep coming
The Altoona Curve is proud to partner with the Children's Miracle
Network and would like to thank all of our fans who helped make
'06 such a successful season
If you're interested in having a birthday/anniversary announced
during a Curve game, please stop at our Customer Service booth
located behind homeplate on the Main Concourse no later than a
half hour prior to the start of the game and make a $5 donation
to the Children's Miracle Network
