A note from Kip Lewis, who was listening in Pennsylvania!!!
I just listened to that Roneberg kid win the game with a single in the bottom of the ninth!
Good for him, especially after that pop-up with men in scoring position earlier in the game.

Email from Brett
Today was a good day of sorts.
Was crappy early and I thought I was going to kill myself,
then to get the 'sac-fly' and the game winning hit in the bottom of the 9th - I was pretty happy.
Not sure if you got to hear it at all
but I think it would've sounded good with the crowd and everything.

Email to Brett
Boy, that must have been exciting!!!
---and we missed another great game- damn!!!

(hope the radio broadcasts start again soon)
We were following the innings-by-innings updates on the USA Today web site.
Scores tied for the last few innings,
and then the Curve won it 6-5 in the bottom of the ninth.
I said to Sharon - "Somebody was a hero"
and it was you!!!
And I could imagine the crowd noise!!!
CONGRATULATIONS
