Tarp sliding during a rain delay - Thursday 12th June 2003

Email from Brett - having some fun!!!

"Did a huge tarp slide into home plate after the game was called off - and got a huge ovation from the crowd.
It was pretty cool.
Went to home plate and took a swing and trotted around the bases,
and then sprinted into home plate with a slide from halfway to home to past home plate onto the grass.
Everyone was cheering.
Made the day fun at least"
