Dear Colleague.
As we approach the end of another successful year at Australia Post, I'm immensely proud of what we have achieved together.

Over recent months, there have been many results - including several records - that have underlined the continuing improvement in our corporate performance.
In 2002-03 we:
1) recorded a new high for the on-time delivery of letters (96.5 per cent)
2) met or exceeded all 14 Community Service Obligation (CSO) standards
3) achieved a record profit ($330.8 million after tax)
4) were rated the most trusted commercial organisation in Australia
5) were ranked the number one company for workplace practices

We could not have achieved these results without the hard work and loyalty of our nation-wide team of talented and motivated people.
I very much appreciate the valuable personal contribution you have made and I believe you should share in our corporation's success.
