A big empty hole???
A vacuum???
Brains are not visible!!!

Sharon had a really bad headache which wouldn't go away
so she trotted of to the doctor
He wanted her to have an xray and here it is!!!

Not much in there either!!!

Not quite sure which angle it was taken from
(maybe looking down at the top of her head
with nose and eyes at the top of the photo)
but she looks like a clown!!!
