FINAL RESULTS OF FITNESS ASSESSMENT

A note from Sharon

Below are the measured results of our 8 week exercise programme.
Sonya measured our body composition as "normal " and as compared to an "athlete".
I am thrilled with all those results - especially the body fat mass - it measures out at 3 x 500gm containers of butter gone!!
The cardiovascular results were good too - my recovery rate was not as good but, silly as it seems, it may have been because I had a headache!!
I know when I do my uphill walking I only rest for about a minute before I start again.
The flexibility result was good - at our initial measurement I was the worst in our group and to be able to stretch an extra 6cms may not seem much but 6cms of muscle is quite a bit!
I knew I was stronger and tonights results proved it.
I love feeling strong.
I am delighted to have proof of my overall improved fitness,
and now I need to continue with my exercise and eating plan to get the outside looking a little more lean.
That's the plan anyway!
This kind of exercise programme makes you decide whether it is just another programme or a change of lifestyle so you stay fit and healthy all the time and that is what I want to do.
It has been challenging and great fun doing it with the girls.
