RONEBERG FREE AGENT

Highly rated Australian utility infielder/outfielder BRETT RONEBERG found himself listed as one of more than 590 minor leaguers were declared free agents on 15 October in conjunction with baseball's six-year renewal program.
After starting with the Florida Marlins organisation and working his way the 'AAA' level, Roneberg was traded to the Montreal Expos last season and he played the latter part of the 2002 season with the Expos 'AA' Harrisburg Senators
