Rebuilt the Pergola - Saturday 21st December 2002

This was originally built about 17 years ago,
and was falling down!!!
The roof had collasped!!! - the timber battens had gone rotten and were full of white ants.
The plants were still alive and growing, but needed to be cleaned up.

Bought the sheet of reinforcing mesh, and used the same shade cloth
......and it turned out 'pretty damn good'!!!

Looks great as you look through the carport towards the garden
