Today I had a long lunch ( two hours
!!) with one of Tanya's very good friends Natalie Beecroft
Naturally we spoke a lot about Tanya
One of the things Natalie said about Tanya that I liked was she
made the effort to engage everyone she met
At gatherings she made the effort to speak with her friend's parents
and grandparents and they loved her too
She made the effort to keep in touch with her many friends
Natalie's theory is that Tanya looked after herself first
and that gave her the energy and drive to be the loving inspiring
friend that she was and still is
That was very nice to hear
We spoke about how hard it is for us to not have her here with
us and I did have a tear or two
I told Natalie about the small signs I have had from Tanya and
my belief that she is okay
She thought that was awesome !!
Tanya borrowed a dress from Natalie for me to wear to my sisters
son's wedding
Natalie said Tanya sent her photos and said how clever she was
to have picked it for me cause I looked so good in it !!
Natalie brought the dress with her and gave it to me ... such

Natalie has made changes in her life since Tanya left us
and I know she is not the only one to have to have been inspired
by My Beautiful Gorgeous Girl
