Saturday 12th October 2013 ... Karen Hi Sharon Well as you read, I am coming to Cairns soon I booked an accommodation deal earlier in the year to stay at Castaways at Trinity Beach for three nights Tanya and I spoke about it and she suggested / hoped for me that I would be using it for a "babymoon" as I was trying to fall pregnant at the time Well, as you know, I am pregnant and so I thought I would do exactly as we talked about and come for my holiday before the baby is born ! I arrive on Saturday the 2nd of November, staying for three nights, flying out on Tuesday Bethany and I were talking and we thought one thing Tanya and I may have done as a 'pre-baby celebration' was to go to High Tea together, especially since Tanya and I shared that experience in London I would love it if you could join us I'm thinking that Sunday would be the best day as I don't arrive till late afternoon on Saturday I see you have your Half Marathon on Sunday as well So I realise you may be too exhausted, but wanted to invite you So ladies, I was thinking would Sunday afternoon suit you both ... maybe 3.00pm I'm flexible with time really so whatever is best for you ladies There is a possibility that Zoe may have to join us Geoff has not long started a new job and is on probation with a great deal of pressure to perform well, so there is a small chance he won't be coming on holiday with us, which will be a massive massive disappointment as the idea of the holiday is for us thee to enjoy some time together before we become four !! But if he isn't with us, I'm definitely coming alone !! Sharon, if you're unable to make it we can definitely find some time to get together during my stay ... I'd love to see you and Geoff, and Brett and Kahlia if possible We could sit and chat while my Geoff runs up those stairs !! My plans for the holiday are really just beach, swimming, eating out and to go on the Sky Rail which I haven't yet done on any of my trips to Cairns So let me know your thoughts and we can book in the High Tea !! Bethany, sadly I don't think my Carrie skirt will fit, plus I have the worst varicose veins that one whole ankle is purple !! And I feel sorry for anyone who will see me at the beach !! But I do have a gorgeous long green maternity dress to wear !! Note from Bethany Can't wait !! Thursday 17th October 2013 ... Sharon Hi Girls Karen, a High Tea sounds awesome !! The problem we have is if Brett's baseball team has to go to a Third Final it will be on that Sunday afternoon ... and after the 21k Half Marathon !! If they 'win it in two' we will be fine but we won't know til the week before ... the First Final is tomorrow night I am having Monday 4th November off work so anytime that day will be fine I hope they win in two cause I would love to have tea with you both !! How about we book for High Tea at 3.00pm Sunday and then if it turns out you can't make it, we can just let them know the week before It looks like Zoe will need to join us as Geoff cannot get the two days off work, so he will be flying home Sunday afternoon If you can't make it Sunday, Sharon, then maybe we can catch up Monday ... how does that sound ?? Sharon Hi girls, and this is the story Brett's team lost the First Final but they won the Second Final The "showdown" is at 2.00pm on Sunday 3rd November The only place Tanya would be is at the field 'front and centre' watching her brother play Would you like to come and watch the game ?? We could find somewhere to sit and have some afternoon tea If that doesn't suit, I have Monday off I know you are working, Bethany, but perhaps after school we could all meet half way in Kuranda and have High or Hippy Tea !! Please go ahead with the High Tea if you want too Karen and I can easily catch up Monday, and I can catch up with you later too, Bethany Wednesday 30th October 2013 ... Bethany and I are really looking forward to it I know Tanya would definitely be at the baseball In Spirit she will have to split her time, won't she ... maybe she will be with us at half time !!
