Two of Sharon's friends from Australia Post invited her out
for a day's paddling around the Northern Beaches of Cairns

They started from Palm Cove and headed out to the two islands shown below
On the return, they called into Ellis Beach (which is to the right of this photo) for a coffee
and then headed back to Palm Cove

Around Double Island

Move over ... just because you're big doesn't mean you're better than us !!

Ellis Beach for morning tea was next ... and to check the lines

?? A Delicious Mackerel ?? or a Puny Shark ??

It's a shark !!

Then the 'voyage' started again ... Sharon is now in a traditional "paddle" kayak

About half way back to Palm Cove they all called into a beach

and Sharon changed to the "peddle" kayak again which can be seen in the video below
