Starting at the mid-point of a 120 metre track Run to fence and complete 20 squats Run back to middle and complete 15 kettle ball swings and 15 sit ups Run to backnet and complete 19 lunge jumps Run back to middle and complete the '15 +15' again Back to the fence for 18 squats back to middle for the '15 +15' again then to the backnet for 17 lunge jumps and just keep going !! |
