Today's
program started with a run from the Baseball Canteen area,
through the first base dugout gate, across the diamond,
out the third base dugout gate, and then back to the Canteen
Then each participant
was required to complete
10
Wall Balls
10 x Kettle Ball Swings
10 x Box/Tyre Jumps
This
was followed by another lap as described above
Then
it was 9 of each of the above exercises - plus another lap
Then it was 8 of each of the above exercises - plus another lap
and this was continued until 1 of each exercise was done
followed by a final lap
