As the Group Sessions are still in a time out,
Sharon set a Program for herself

"I gotta start doing something !!"

Exercises

20 x dips
30 x sit ups
40 x push ups
50 x squats

and repeated three times

First Session - 7 minutes

then 3 minute rest

Second Session - 6 minutes 15 seconds

then 2 minute rest

Third Session - 7 minutes 20 seconds

 

Total Time = 25 minutes 35 seconds

including 5 minutes of rest time

Comments

Dips = okay

Sit Ups = okay ... sort of
but had to remind her to go past the vertical
lots of stops and lots of noise

Push Ups = not very good
all were done in the 'girl' style
shoulders were no where near flat
lots of stops and lots of noise

Squats = not too bad
good position with knees / toes
did not get the bum down far enough
groaning and mumbling

many, many, many more regular sessions needed !! ...... "regular" is the word !!
