program ... Burpees
Brett
and Ritchie

per minute for 20 minutes
Sharon, Tanya, Kahlia and Bethany

for the first minute
then 7 per minute for 14 minutes
then 8 per minute for 5 minutes
(Tanya completed 9 in each of the last 3 minutes)
Result ... towards the end of the session
Sharon was taking about 40 seconds to finish
but everyone else, from the first to the last minute, completed
the program in
approx 30 seconds ... which allowed a half-minute rest each minute

ground was a bog ... and people got dirty !!
