Gift Sharon made for Velda
One of Sharon's
friends, Bev Thornton, is a very committed 'crafter' and one of
the items she makes is COATHANGERS
At a recent craft fair we went to, Bev had a display of these
... and Sharon thought they were terrific
Satin covered hangers are used, which are then dressed up with
doilies, beads, bows and other items
Sharon bought one of Bev's as a gift for a family who put her
up for a few days
while she was in Perth for her nephew's wedding and this can be
seen by clicking HERE
But she really wanted to make her own !!
She bought the hangers ... and these doilies were listed on the
Ebay Auctions
Sharon bid ... and
got the lot for $5.00 plus $3.00 postage
She
now had everything she needed ... so she made this one for her
friend, Velda
