It was returned for a full credit on Monday 30th May 2011 ... refer to letter at the bottom of this page

We purchased this unit on Thursday 1st July 2010 from the
Telstra Shop at Stocklands Earlville Shopping Centre ... it set up
quickly and perfectly but soon problems with the picture freeze
and having to reboot started ... damn annoying and we got sick
of it ... it was packed back in to the original display box to be
returned for credit ... the staff at the Telstra would not do this
but offered to have it sent in for checking and/or repairs ... we
accepted this and waited ... after having it for about a week,
Telstra rang and advised that it was ready and we picked it up
on Friday 6th August and the report stated that there were 'no
faults found' ... setting it up again we weren't really hopeful but
there has not been any further problems so it makes you think
that there were faults and these were repaired but we were not
to be told ... who knows what the story might be !!
Anyway, it is now Wednesday 22nd September 2010
and our Telstra T-Box is performing exactly as it should
We use various functions every day, especially record
and playback, and it is really a very good machine !!

It is a hopeless piece of junk !!

We were not the only ones to experience problems

... and most of them are complaints !!
