Wall Ball Throws
ball weight between 3 and 10 kilos

Kettle Ball Swings
ball weight between 8 and 24 kilos

Kettle Ball Holds
as above

Rest
during which you 'stood on the feet' of the one doing sit ups

Each exercise within the set was done, flat out, for one minute

Then there was an immediate change to the next exercise

x

A total of three sets were completed resulting in

21 MINUTES

of intensive activity
