This case was listed on Ebay and the details are below

This clock case looks to be exactly the same as Sharon's

The condition is very poor, with very visible tarnish
and missing pieces of glass on the side windows

Antique Carriage Lamp/Clock Case
Note - this does not contain a clock
The base and top are silver in colour with brass decoration
The handle is brass as is the back door panel
There is glass only in the front window panel
Made in Germany is stamped on the back
The case measures 19cm from base to top of handle and is 13cm wide at the base
The casing is tarnished in some places and there is a slight gap where the top is attached,
which is only visible at the back of clock case
