lead
Worth scored to make it 5-0 on an ensuing Mike Hernandez sacrifice
fly to center field

losing skid behind a masterful performance by Andrew Kown en route
to a 7-0 shutout win over the Altoona Curve on Sunday night at
Jerry Uht Park
The win puts Eries magic number at one to clinch the Southern
Division
The SeaWolves struck first in the bottom of the second inning
Jeff Larish led off with a single and Nick Trzesniak doubled to
put runners on second and third for Matt Joyce

singles

triple down the right field line to give the Wolves a 4-0
advantage

threw eight scoreless innings allowing just three hits with a
walk and four strikeouts
Kown improved to 6-8 on the season and is 2-0 with a no-decision
in his last three starts
The eight innings marked the deepest Kown has worked in a ballgame
