Here is a surprise for you, Sharon



But first - about the photo above
You don't like the wrinkles, eh??? - well, I do!!! - they show that you laugh a lot!!!

But I thought I would try something, and here is a post that I put on the PowWeb Community Forums a couple of days ago
(for those of you who don't know, I purchase our web space from PowWeb - a great Company and the Forums are very helpful - as you will see below)

Hi - and this might be a strange request
We have a site at "http://www.ronebergcairns.com" which is a Family History and Photo Albumn
It contains over 20,000 photos, and a heap of these are of my lovely wife Sharon
We have been married for 30 years 1 month - and I am continually pointing a camera at her!!!

She is now 50 years old - she reckons she looks it
- I don't, plus I don't care!!! - to me she looks great!!!
She says the wrinkles under her eyes are "awful" - again, I don't care about them!!!
But, I want to do her a favour before she gets home from work tonight - a surprise!!!
Reference - the photo without the glasses at the bottom of the page
Can anyone point me to a photo-program that might be able to smooth out these
"character marks" that she is so worried about???
Or does anyone want to have a go at smoothing out these "laugh lines"???

I received replies from 'JGross' and 'Yvette Kuhns' and 'Michael White' suggesting various software programs
One of these was very expensive (I guess you would have shot me if I spent almost a $1000.00 on a photo program!!!) but I was going to give one of the cheaper ones a go

Then I checked the Forums again, and 'Jess' had replied to my post
"Ok, here are the laugh lines blurred out with Photoshop
I think she looks just as good before!!"
and here is the "new" photo



'Croc Hunter' also had a look at the photo and added this note to the Forum
"50? - no way - she's a hornbag mate - 40 tops!!
I know I'm a day late, but as a hopeless romantic I feel your love is true
As it'll soon be Valentines day and all..."
and here is his photo



'Jess', who added the first photo, then replied to 'Croc Hunter'
"Wow - you gave her an EXTREME makeover!
She looks about 30 now"

And 'Yvette Kuhns' added this note
"Why don't you buy her Max Factor makeup (makeup of the stars)?
Next thing you know, you will be using morph software to make her breasts bigger!!!"

Hope you like the pics - and I bet you do!!!
It was fun - but remember this - we might not look like this anymore



......but what a fabulous thirty years we have had together!!!
