MINOR LEAGUE FREE AGENCY PERIOD BEGINS

Several current and former Altoona Curve players recently became minor league free agents, giving them the opportunity to sign with any other major league organization.

Certainly, the minor league free agent signings of
Chan Perry, Kevin Nicholson,
Brett Roneberg and Chris Heintz
proved to be the key to the Curve’s 2003 playoff run
and are very important to the success of any Double-A or Triple-A team.

Among the key players from this past year’s team that are now free to sign with any other major league organization are

Todd Ozias, Kevin Nicholson,
Brett Roneberg, Neal McDade, Rick Palma and Chris Heintz.
