Eastern League Game Summary - Portland at Binghamton, Game One

Wayne Lydon went 3-for-3 with a home run and two RBI to lead the Binghamton Mets to a 8-4 victory over the Portland Sea Dogs in Eastern League action Saturday night.

Lydon hit a two- run homer in the bottom of the fourth to drive in what would prove to be the game winning run.

Angel Pagan and Ron Acuna each had two hits for Binghamton.

Third basemen Chris Basak hit a home run and drove in two runs.

Chase Lambin also drove in two runs for Mets.

Mike O'Keefe and Kenny Paerez each had two hits and drove in two runs for the Sea Dogs.

Center fielder George Lombard also had two hits for Portland.

Neal Musser pitched six solid innings for the Mets to earn his seventh victory of the season for the Mets.
In the game he gave up seven hits and four runs (one earned) while striking out four.

Jason Howell took the loss for Portland giving up 5 earned runs in 2-2/3rd innings pitched.
