A Batting Spree!!!
Starting from early
August until the season ended during the first week of September

runs, triples, doubles, drove in and scored runs, stole bases,
etc, etc.
"A lot of comments"
were made about his batting during this stretch, and these are
included in the various Game Notes pages
I decided to list them all here as well, so they are all together
......and it makes pretty good reading!!!
