Please find attached the interim auction report for your investment property
As discussed, the apartment complex next door is limiting what the interested parties are prepared to pay for the property
We shall see what this week brings us

This is twice now Mark has promised high pricing and not delivered based on his estimates
Frustrating !!
But anything close to '650' I’d be happy with at this stage

I expected what Mark told me ... '720-750'
Which I thought was too high but he was confident
I don’t know the minimum yet

Hell, that is a Big Difference, eh !!
We will be hoping and praying that it goes well for you now
And we mean that in a "Total Profit Or Loss" sense
Even just a Ten Dollar Profit would be good !!

Your Mum and I stopped at The Duplex this morning when she was heading off to work
Went inside and checked around ... all is neat and tidy
The "water wall" is now bone-dry and there is not a stain anywhere ... real pleased about that !!
As you know, the place is being mowed today for Tonight's Open Inspection and Saturday's Auction
I have no idea what time they will be there ... but not Five O'clock !!
Sharon is doing a little bit of shopping on her way home
Later tonight we are going to go around and make sure the power is off and is all locked and secure
* -- if you want to go for a look later, I'll go with you if you want ... just ring ... up to you
