Unfortunately, over the last month or two, the three small shoots on this plant have "disappeared" !!

Being a cactus-type, we had it in full sun and when this started to happen, it was moved to a more shaded area
We are not "Plant Experts" and can only hope that it bounces back with some new growth

Now it looks like this larger plant is also starting to "collapse" !!

Wish I knew what was causing this ... changed it's position to one with even amounts of shade and sun
