The video runs for 2 minutes 47 seconds

Part One

You can see Tanya
coming up the ramp
following the Swim
and then running
down the shute and
heading towards
the transition area

Part Two

Here she is starting
off on the Bike /
Ride leg ... a few
riders come out
before her and
then there she is

Part Three

Now she enters the
transition area to get
ready for the Run ...
one of the Event
Officials looks after
her bike as Tanya
goes to change

Part Four

The Run starts and
you see Tanya
heading off to Cairns
... which is 21.1
kilometres away !!

Part Five

Next we see her
coming down the
shute and under the
Finish Arch ... and
this is shown from
two different angles

Part Six

The video finishes with

'CONGRATS'

to Tanya

Please read these notes on this Video

When ordering, I selected high
resolution and high quality
and this produces the best video
but also results in a large file
... in fact, the original version
was a massive 181Mb!!

Using a video encoder and
converter, the size has been
reduced to 32Mb ... and
depending upon your internet
connection, it will take some
time to download ... and the
first time through, it will
stop-and-start which is really
annoying !!

I suggest clicking the play
button and then go and have
a cup of tea or a rum and coke
while it downloads ... come
back when it's finished and
click the button again ... now
it will play perfectly
