Club Person of the Year - Simon Cameron
Commitment to Community Award - Dusty Rychart
Coaches Award - Ron Dorsey
Best Defensive Player - Ian Crosswhite
Most Valuable Player - Ayinde Ubaka

The night was capped off with the announcement by
Simon Wild of Skytrans that the airline has resigned
as naming rights sponsor
for the Skytrans Cairns Taipans for three more seasons
