INJURY  UPDATE

In the last Newsletter, I mentioned that Tanya will be competing in the

"Port Douglas 22 kilometre Half Marathon"

next Saturday, the 12th November  ......  click  HERE  for the details

Those that were there last Saturday know that she had to stop during the seesion due to a continuing injury
