programs on the blackboards and watched you all huffing, puffing and swearing a few times

Part #02 of 4 ... Guts + Determination Award

I really don't like to use these notes to give any credit to anyone for anything they do ... but

------------------every now and again I have to pull my fat head in and say something nice !!

Saturday was stinking hot

Lars (30 mins) and Scott (50 mins) and Matt aka 'Vomit' (52 mins) had all finished and gone

------------------home to sit in their swimmings pools

But  JESS  was still there, working away with the encouragement of Tanya and Casey

Slippery and sexy with sweat, she completed the program in 75 minutes and is the winner of:-

Part #03 of 4  ......  The Return

Even though they are "a hot couple" as you can see, both Brett and Kahlia realise that they

------------------might need a little toning and tightening here and there

......  so they are back to CrossFit  ...  as from Saturday 5th November

Kahlia has asked for assistance and wants any Chickadees or Chocolates she is caught with

------------------snatched out of her hands !!

Part #04 of 4  ......  CHANGE  OF  TIME

As mentioned above, the sun is now shining and it's hot ...

The sessions on Saturdays have been starting at around 7.45am/8.00am

It has been suggested that this be changed to 7.00am or as soon as possible after that

We will be giving this time a try on Saturday ... but PLEASE let me know if it's a hassle to you
